After the audit work or during the audit the client requests from the auditors additional services such as:
• The design of the accounting department’s system and internal controls either from scratch or the enhancement of the already existing.
• We are involved in the design of the type of accounting records required for the ongoing accounting work of the client.
• We also offer on the job training and advice to clients on business related matters such as taxation, interpretation of financial statements, cash flow management, preparation of budgets, strategic planning, product marketing, etc.
• We specifically train the accounting staff of our clients using Pastel Accounting Package.
• We prepared valuation models and compute the value of the business when a sale is about to take place.
SECRETARIAL SERVICES
• We have sound working knowledge in company, close corporation law and corporate governance and we are able to add value to our individual and corporate clients. We also assist with new company and close corporation formations and conversions.
INTERNAL OPERATIONS
• We have also managed to avoid the loss of clients’ records by creating means of recording all the documents and records of receipts and on delivery of clients’ records.
• We have a very quick turnaround time in our bookkeeping and audit services.
• We believe in taking what we can handle and doing it to the best of our abilities within a reasonable time still maintaining a high standard and at a reasonable fee.
• Our clients are kept informed of the progress of their work through regular updates, consultations meetings.
• We document all the processes that have been undertaken to produce the reports and the time spent and we make these available to the clients on their request.
